Terms of Service

By using our website and services, you confirm that:

• You are legally allowed to enter these terms in your country or jurisdiction.
• Any information provided during checkout or registration is accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and license information.
• You understand that use of our software may violate the terms of third-party games or services.
• You accept full responsibility for any actions performed while using our software.

Nano Cheats reserves the right to deny access to any service, product, website, loader, or community platform at any time and for any reason.

Access to Nano Cheats products requires a valid purchase through one of our official payment methods or authorized sellers.

All licenses are:

• non-transferable,
• non-exclusive,
• revocable,
• and intended for personal use only.

You may NOT:

• share your account or license,
• resell access without authorization,
• reverse engineer or modify the software,
• tamper with the loader,
• leak files or internal content,
• use the software for malicious purposes,
• or attempt to bypass licensing/security systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access without warning for:

• account sharing,
• suspicious activity,
• payment disputes or chargebacks,
• abuse toward staff/community members,
• misuse of software,
• leaking content,
• fraud,
• or violations of these terms.

We additionally reserve the right to block access based on hardware identifiers, IP addresses, device information, or network activity if deemed necessary for security or abuse prevention.

By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing/payment information.

All payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.

Nano Cheats reserves the right to:

• refuse or cancel orders,
• limit purchases,
• correct pricing errors,
• or deny transactions at our discretion.

Unauthorized transactions, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks may result in:

• immediate termination,
• permanent blacklisting,
• revoked access,
• and potential legal action where applicable.

All sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms of Service and verified that the selected product and subscription meet your needs. No refunds will be issued after purchase, except where required by applicable law.

Attempting to chargeback or dispute payments after receiving access to a product will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and services.

Nano Cheats does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or undetected status.

Products may temporarily become unavailable due to:

• game updates,
• anti-cheat updates,
• maintenance,
• server issues,
• security improvements,
• or development changes.

Downtime compensation, extensions, pauses, or replacements are provided solely at our discretion.

Any product sold as "Lifetime" refers strictly to the lifetime of the product itself — not the lifetime of the purchaser.

If a product becomes discontinued, unsupported, permanently offline, or no longer maintained, access may end without refund or compensation.

By purchasing a lifetime product, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

All rights, ownership, software, branding, loaders, logos, systems, and intellectual property associated with Nano Cheats remain the exclusive property of Nano Cheats.

Purchasing a product grants you only a limited license to use the software under these terms.

You may not:

• copy,
• redistribute,
• decompile,
• reverse engineer,
• modify,
• sublicense,
• rent,
• lease,
• or create derivative works from any Nano Cheats product or service.

Any violation of this agreement immediately revokes your license to use our products.

All software and services are provided:

• "AS IS"
• and "AS AVAILABLE"

without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Nano Cheats does not guarantee:

• undetected status,
• uninterrupted functionality,
• compatibility,
• availability,
• or protection against bans/suspensions.

Use of our software is entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nano Cheats shall not be held liable for:

• game bans,
• HWID bans,
• account suspensions,
• data loss,
• financial losses,
• indirect damages,
• or any consequences resulting from use of our products or services.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of our products.

Nano Cheats reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to any product or service at any time and without prior notice.

Upon termination:

• all licenses immediately expire,
• access may be revoked permanently,
• and continued use becomes unauthorized.
